Company Overview
Every strong safety program stands on four pillars.
Captain Shore builds them all, paperwork included, follow-through guaranteed.

Written Programs
Site-specific safety plans, JSAs, and procedures — clearly defined, properly documented, and built to hold up under an OSHA walkthrough, not just sit in a drawer until one happens.
Training & Delivery

Discipline-specific training — General Safety Orientation, Office Safety, LO/TO, Fall Protection, Trench and Excavation, Confined Space Entry, and more — delivered in the language your crew actually speaks, so it's retained, not just attended.
Verification & Field Presence

Programs only work if someone checks. Captain Shore gets on-site to confirm procedures are being followed and training is holding up in practice — not just reviewed on paper once a year.

Accountability & Enforcement
A safety program without accountability is a suggestion. We help you build the structure to hold your team to the standard you've set — consistently, not just after an incident.
That's the foundation everything else is built on: inspections, audits, environmental compliance, and EHS program management. Fifteen-plus years in the field, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and OSHA 510 certified, fully insured, and still walking the floor on every project.

Why Captain Shore Exists

Why Captain Shore?
Captain Shore was built in the field, long before it became a business.
Manufacturing floors. Energy facilities. Chemical plants. Construction sites. Warehouses and distribution centers. Corporate offices. Infrastructure projects spanning multiple continents. Across that experience, one pattern kept surfacing: companies rarely lacked the will to be safe — what was missing was a partner who could build a program that actually held up. Too often, safety programs sat unopened until an inspector asked for them. Training was delivered to check a box but never reached the crew doing the work. Safety plans were written in a language half the workforce didn't speak.
That gap is what led to Captain Shore's founding. The goal was never to point out what's wrong and leave the fixing to someone else — it was to build programs with clients, in a form their teams would actually use.
Captain Shore LLC was founded in October 2023 on that premise. Our team is backed by a leader with fifteen-plus years of hands-on EHS experience and Specialist in Safety & Health (SSH) certification, alongside OSHA 10, 30, and 510 credentials. The standard applied to every engagement is simple: if a deliverable isn't good enough to hand to your own crew, it doesn't go out the door.

That standard was tested early, on a full safety program built for a Houston-area construction client. What was needed wasn't a checklist. It was a working system: a complete safety program covering every requirement from lockout/tagout to emergency action plans, a full 52-week bilingual safety talk program supervisors could run independently, safety moment cards built for daily use rather than the filing cabinet, and presenter guides ensuring the training would outlast any single person delivering it.
The work didn't stop at documentation. Every piece was built to be used: fully digitized and organized so the company could update, revise, and print materials as their operations changed, without needing to start from scratch. Just as important, the program included the trainings their staff actually needed to work safely and stay compliant, built around how their team operates day to day rather than generic modules.
That's the model Captain Shore is built on: safety programs that survive contact with a real operation, whether that's a job site, a warehouse floor, or a corporate office, fully insured and grounded in real fieldwork rather than theory. Because that's where the real work of safety actually happens.
